Artist Alley Archives
Shanghai Comicup 28
2021
Artist Alley table with my own printed works, including postcard, magnets etc.
On the top row there were 4 sets that were made by my friends who could not attend.
They are all derivatives of the game Touken Ranbu.
In this exhibition we were not allowed to set up anything behind us, so the only decodable areas were on the table and around the stand posts.
The name of my booth was "百鸟集 (Feather Gathering)", so the table was themed in birds.
Apart from my passion for birds, the other reason for this theme was that the character mainly featured in this booth, Tsurumaru Kuninaga, is heavily themed as a red-crowned crane.

2022
For this exhibition we were not allowed to sell anything, so I only brought my past works for showing. The giant paper doll at the right is papercraft Shiranui, 3D-designed and hand crafted by me, based on the Netease game Onmyoji's character Shiranui. I will also be participating in next year's same event.
Shanghai Comicup Online 1& 2
2022
This was the most fun part! Comicup Online (CPO) is the first official online anime convention in China, and I was lucky enough to be in charge of the Touken Ranbu street. In this convention we were able to customize our booth looks just like how we decorate real-life booths (with a lot more freedom actually). We had online links for sales of art works.
CPO was hosted twice in 2022, each lasted for 2 days and around 3000 people online at the same time at peak hours.
Thanks to Shanghai Comicup, we had this great experience during hard times in the covid-19 outbreak.

As Touken Ranbu street manager, I had to gather up all the artists creating mainly Touken Ranbu related art into a group, explain the event and make promo campaigns on Weibo, Qzone and lofter.
Thanks to all the artists participating and promoting the event, we manage to have a total of 18 booths in the street, making us the third largest street of the whole convention!
With enough participating artists in the street, we were also able to customize street decorations around the booths and part of the venue floor.
